Domestic Orders
At Zari Story, every saree is carefully checked before dispatch. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Return Eligibility
Orders are eligible for return within 3 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

How to Raise a Return Request
Customers must raise a return request by emailing info@zaristory.in with the order details and return reason.
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order. An unboxing video is required.
In case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, clear photographs of the product, price tag, and delivered packing cover are mandatory.
Return Approval Process
Our support team will review the return request and confirm whether the return is approved.
Once approved, the item must be packed securely and handed over to the pickup agent.
Return Condition
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unaltered, and with the saree folding intact.
The price tag and Silk Mark tag, if applicable, must be present with the product.
Refund / Store Credit
Refund or store credit will be issued only after the returned item is received and approved by our quality assurance team.
The refund or store credit will include only the cost of the product. Any other cost incurred by the company or the customer for the order will not be refunded.
All refunds will be credited to the same payment method used for the order. Refunds may take 7 to 10 working days to reflect from the date of initiation.
